Sucks that this all happened the same day I finally got my new trackers in, I was really hoping to mess around with full body tracking. It seems that the right controller has the most issues, due to it having the biggest price hike.

So... I can't do anything in VR anymore. Yesterday, my right Valve Index controller broke, and I've been talking with Steam through the night, and they're unable to send me out a replacement... I would've been happy to buy a new one.. But.. All replacements are $500, because they stopped production.

Here are 4 of the Afterjoy AU (created by @crazycakeparrotart.bsky.social) critters I've refined within this month! There are some visual differences to CatNap and DogDay. I will be making changes to Kickin later down the line. I'll be creating alt outfits for both CatNap and Kickin.

Finished up DogDay from the AfterJoy AU around 2 days ago now, also a remake of one I've done before but never shared, an incredible improvement since last year! Adding some more things to it as time goes on, I already made a few renders with him.

Due to the head rigging I don't think I can make it for VRC without remaking the entire rig, probably won't make it available for people to use (as unfortunate as it is, I don't trust people with the stuff I make), plus, VRC Creator Companion hates my computer. I really did want to make it work tho

I would LOVE to get reference images for them, it was especially difficult with CatNap due to the patch on his back. Couldn't really tell if it was removed after the front patch was added, or it was forgot about. For now I'm going to take a break from modelling, this took a lot out of me to create.

Definitely going to be making changes to this model during the next few weeks, a lot of stuff I want to change, like making the pendant glow.

Made CatNap from @crazycakeparrotart.bsky.social 's "AfterJoy" AU a year ago, and I believed it was time to remake it, and show how much I've learned over a year, now here we are. The mouth is fully modelled, I still need to rig it though (or just use shapekeys) Might make PickyPiggy, who knows.
