On Thursday, September 3, both the United States Supreme Court and the Michigan Supreme Court declined to put the Americans for Citizen Voting — Michigan's anti-voter ballot proposal on the November ballot. This is a significant win for voters ahead of midterm elections as attacks on voting access continue in Michigan and across the country.
