Now that I've got a whole bunch of different flogger designs, I thought I'd do a comparison post! As anyone I've played with knows, I love to have options, and we've got a whole bunch to help you find the best tool for the job! Check the alt text for the names of each flogger

From top to bottom, there is the Medium Flogger, a pretty standard, simple flogger; the Braided Flogger, a similar size to the medium but with braided falls; the Heavy Flogger, a bit bigger than the previous two with thicker leather for the falls; and the Mop Flogger, an even bigger flogger than the heavy one, with twice as many falls.

I got to do a real shoot with @chastity.vale.leatherdyke.gay and the custom tote bag I made her!

So a bit ago, I made a cilice, a garment worn by Christians as a form of penance through "mortification of the flesh". The discipline is another instrument sometimes used - a small whip designed for self-flagellation. Catholics continue to hold their own with the freakiest of us.

Okay I'll be posting this giant flogger for a bit. I've been getting nerdy about leatherworkers in the SM scene for a talk I'm working on with @leatherdyke.gay, and it's got me thinking about all kinds of ways to improve my own designs. The mop is one new thing to come out of that!

Finally finished the custom tote I've been working on for @chastity-vale.leatherdyke.gay! Featuring a red hanky pocket with House of Teeth patch, and some leather I picked out specifically to show off the beautiful imperfections that come with the tanning process and the animal living out its life!

A black leather bag is sitting on a slightly messy workbench. A leather handle hangs from the side, attached by brass clips to two D-rings on leather loops. Also attached to the D-rings is a brass chain, hanging shorter than the leather handle.

The other side of the bag's interior shows a MOLLE panel hanging from leather straps. The panel is made of black plastic arranged in a grid shape, with openings in between to allow things to be hung from it in an organized way.

Last night at 9pm I had an irresistible urge to make a leather priest collar, and uhhhhh here we are I guess! It needs a little tweaking before they're ready to sell, but I had so much fun playing around with this one!

Val is dressed like a Catholic priest, with a black button down shirt complete with a leather collar designed to look like a priest's collar. Ze is holding up a Eucharist host towards the camera in one hand, and a copy of the book The Second Coming in the other hand. Ze is a white butch trans woman, wearing glasses with her red-dyed hair in a ponytail. In the background is a messy workbench for leatherwork, and a variety of zines and stickers decorate the walls and pegboard behind her.

The collar is made of black leather, with a rectangular portion cut out in front to reveal a strip of white leather behind the black, modeled on the style of collar Catholic priests wear.

So into the way this hip harness frames bigger bodies
