I originally was gonna replay the switch remake but after an hour i realised it just doesn't hit the same as the original :( Also everything felt slower and clunkier and while the storybook art style is cute, it lacks a lot of the charm that the original 2d pixel graphics have,,

To prevent my rsi from acting up again I took a break from the nuzlocke today to start a new save on pmd blue rescue team!! I miss these games so much.....

Nuzlocke update, forgot to take screenshot today ough 4th gym badge gained, 3 losses total. My latest one could have 100% been avoided and was a dumb decision on my part 😔 I thought my Xatu could sweep Morty and didn't switch out when I should have,,

Also shoutout to Jasper being able to fight through Attract long enough to spam smokescreen until its accuracy was at minimum,,, you were so brave out there

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

GRAIN IS MY MVP I WOULD HAVE 100% WIPED WITHOUT HER I hadn't realised almost my entire team was male until Miltank spammed Attract on everyone i threw at her 🥲 (The empty slot is where my Furret was,,, the romhack auto-removes fainted mons from your party in nuzlocke mode 😭 rip Ruben)

I stuck two trash bags in a tiny sand den for Mareanie who tells me every single day how much her house fuckin slaps and Luvdisc could learn some lessons in gratitude from her tbh

030

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

I spent like 2 hours making a beautiful pink coral cave especially for Luvdisc and he hates it, the ungrateful bastard "My home is kinda average :/" bro I'll eat you

I did a full playthrough a couple years ago but moved on before I had the chance to do the dlc so that's gonna be my focus this time around

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

I'm replaying cyberpunk 2077 and im obsessed with whatever the fuck is going on between V and Johnny Silverhand Idk if it's platonic, romantic or some secret third thing (enemies that would die for each other??) but their dynamic is SO good and im just rotating them in my mind like a microwave

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 23/07/2026

I think I saw a Red Kite in the wild for the first time the other day, we were driving down the motorway and it caught my eye bc its wingspan was HUGE I love birds,,

The world feels just a little bit better when gdq is happening and im very much looking forward to it next week

021

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 25/06/2026

I saw a really fat cat early in the game that I also want to befriend, but they're harder to tame bc they're fussy and run away a lot, which sounds accurate pff Loafy cat my beloved, one day I will win you over 😔

020

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 25/06/2026

Crimson Desert is a lot of fun! I tamed a dog who follows me around on adventures and grabs loot for me and it's the best thing ever AND pets don't get hurt in combat so I never have to worry about him!!

120

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

knowing nothing about it other than the character designs made me think it was gonna be another one of those tryhard edgy cartoon shows and im sorry, I will give it a fair chance 😔

000

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

Ok fine i watched TADC pilot and it intrigued me enough to keep going, y'all finally got me

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 21/06/2026

Part of me was quite excited for mega staraptor to join champions so I could use my shiny, but hearing how broken and overpowered it is puts me off wanting to use it 🥲

The way my partner did a double take when they saw this in the rear view mirror lmao

020

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 17/06/2026

I remember when I first planted the seeds with him back in Feb i was worried they wouldn't grow, im so happy to see them finally begin to flourish in the warmer weather!

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 08/06/2026

I'm also destined to never learn how to play lance in monster hunter bc literally every time I've tried to watch a tutorial video im knocked the fuck out before I reach the end

010

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 08/06/2026

Pokemon streams and any pkmn-related content over an hour long now join gdq on the list of video genres that put me to sleep when im trying to get something done I was supposed to draw today but I napped on the sofa instead 😔

100

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 05/06/2026

Restarted legends ZA and after only 2 hours I've already found a shiny lmao

010

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

The only "meta" pkmn i have on my team is whimsicott and I think bc of that everyone sees it as the main threat? Like babe my h typhlosion with choice scarf eruption is RIGHT there,,

010

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

I've made a team I enjoy playing in champions! I don't expect to rise verg high in the ranks with it (im pokeball rank 1 rn) but the fact that I do win matches with it sometimes is good enough for me uwu

110

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

Thank you! I used to spend way too much time trying to think of meaningful names for all my mons but nowadays I just go for something fun that suits them at the time and it makes things so much more enjoyable ✨️

110

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

Current firered team! Not sure how many of these are staying with me til the endgame but they're good for now uwu

010

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

I've been a bit sad and my rsi has been acting up recently but playing firered on switch has been such a comfort these past few days;;

110

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

I still love her a lot! But she doesn't feel like she's "me" anymore, y'know? Tbh I've been quietly ruminating on potential new sona ideas for months now but nothing has come to me so far :(

120

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

I'm having this somewhat sad realisation that I don't connect with my sona Pillow as much these days;;;; i wonder why...

120

Espy ♡ @soareon.bsky.social · 28/05/2026

I've been a catboy enjoyer since watching shugo chara as a young teenager and I distinctly remember there being a significant lack of others in media I'm assuming ffxiv increased their popularity?
