My Spongebob re-animated shot got a bunch of likes, apparently! So here's another one I loved drawing. I was approached in 2022 to do one for a Pac-Man re-animated collab, based on the old Hanna-Barbera cartoon. The collab sadly doesn't appear to have been finished.

Seeing Kirby Re-animated back in my timeline on Twitter reminds me of when it inspired me to participate in some other re-animated collabs myself. It was later that year I made it into the Spongebob "Band Geeks" collab. Still a personal highlight for me. :3

The opening reception to The Funny Pages museum exhibition was overwhelmingly amazing. A FULL HOUSE! People were coming out of state to see this and lining up an hour before doors opened. I didn't have any time to take pics, but it was wonderful being in the moment surrounded by wonderful people. 💕

Started Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and I am reminded why I am underwhelmed by the Switch 2. System-only DLC is unorthodox, but I can at least ignore that fine enough. I shouldnt have to pay that $20 to play the game in 60fps. I bought the game. I bought the system. That shit should be enough.

The fact there was a rules document giving leeway to AI for """code cleanup assistance""" and other details completely butchers the idea that this could be 100% human-made because now we aren't sure who did what exactly. Do *you* know everybody avoided that page of that document when doing this?

Ok, but nobody ever needed Mario 64 ported to the SNES, you can play the game on anything and have been able to since the 2000s. The genAI-ers do this because they know it gets them attention, not because they give a shit about the games. And it shows through the actual product.

I won't lie, it's gonna sting when the Switch 1 stops getting games. Through all my life's ups and downs over the past decade, I've always been able to take comfort in feasting on all sorts of releases for the thing. So many of Nintendo's own titles are their best. Switch 2 just won't hit the same

Something I never see people talk about when bringing up New Super Mario Bros. is that it had Mario say "Thanks, you so nice!" at the end of every level and Nintendo never had him say it again for some reason.
