I took a recipe that was given to me by my MIL, modified it, and perfected it. Such a beautiful cheesecake..🥰💙🧡 definitely different from anything I've seen in America. Got to love Norwegians do things😊 and I'm happy to be able to have the opportunity to bake. It's been so fun!😁
