Everything is a lot right now. As our courts advance discrimination and further the persecution against trans people and especially trans kids while simultaneously propping up a serial rapist and con man it is becoming clearer and clearer that the law itself has lost it’s principle and meaning.

Welp I’m here in DC for the #Skrmetti case. Last time I was here was last year for the trans prom held for all the amazing youth battling with the ACLU at the center of all these cruel and absurd trans ban cases. Was grateful I got to meet Cecilia Gentili before she passed.

my joy is what carries me! i have some testimony that speaks to this in the amicus brief that is being argued next month to the supreme court. and even though it is a court packed with turds, i am humbled that my words are included with so many of my fierce and amazing and beautiful trans siblings!
