Remember that C-PTSD causes physical changes in the brain. It may not be classified officially as an injury but many widely accept it to be as such. Healing is possible & within your reach. But it requires grace & patience. This is one of those times it’s important to remember healing is not linear.

One thing that truly stands out to me about C-PTSD is one crucial part to recovery is finding support & safe people. Though, one of C-PTSD’s hallmark symptoms is interpersonal struggles.

After ages of having migraines I’m just now learning that there’s a timeline of symptoms. It can span up to days both before and after. Causing confusion and inability to understand things and poor focus and stuff like that. It feels like something clicked.
