A Get Well Soon arrangement of flowers that won't last the week. The dying for the dead. People are funny like that, he supposes as he decides which of the common camellia in his bunch are the prettiest.

I've had arirang on repeat and yes, jeongguk's whiny line in FYA wouldn't leave my mind. I tried to get the title to relate to that but it didn't quite work out. don't ask where the inspiration for this hit (it's embarrassing) but I immediately wrote about 20k words in 4 days and forced myself not to lose that momentum.

I really have no excuses for this little disappearance. bts' forced hiatus kinda lined up with a really bad point in my life and a really nasty bout of writer's block that I'm still working through so I'm actually very proud of myself for finishing this in 8 days.

My office is in constant flux- moving things, making things, buying stuff lol but I think I’m happy with this shelf. I finally figured out cute ways to display (some)concert stuff and cupsleeves(need to fix those since they keep sliding). Looking forward to making more after this tour 🥹

In the center are framed cupsleeves from the past few years(these are the ones that were flat enough lol I’ll figure out something for the others later). The one on the right is a Seokjin in Dallas version of the Hobi frame. Centered on the ledge are the VIP lanyards and wristbands for Hobi, Yoongi, and Jin. Unfortunately, Yoongi was during a hurricane and I only made it out with a bracelet and a pin. Everything paper did not survive. Whatever I had from LYSY I have yet to find after moving even though I know we at least made it home with two banners.

For the first time ever I’m tracking my writing- I’ve always known I write way more than I post but sometimes it’s hard to remember that. I’ve been really focusing on getting chs out for unfinished ao3 wips, but I’ve done A LOT of work on brand new stuff. This is just since 1/1/26 💕

It's 2017 (Or perhaps a few years later. Surely before 2020). And I'm not 30 yet. This fic rocks my world and my early to mid 20's are better for it. I have the sense that life will happen but I'll be ok on the other side, and I don't need to pin so much on the big 3

It's a few years later I'm 29 and return to this fic because I need a reminder that life happens and if this fictional character can make it out ok on the other side that I can be ok too.
I'm 30 now. And it's the last year that I can read this fic and not feel complicated about being older than the end point and yet still moved by it all nonetheless. Having lived the years myself now, in a strange way (entirely not at all following the plot of this fic) I found my life incredibly similar to what Lance goes through here. And so thanks: thank you for giving me this crutch to get through the last few years with hope and elasticity. (Blue heart emoji)

I don’t know a lot about boats(sadly 😞 just a real big fan) but the ship in Swim looks a lot like the 100 year old schooner I got to sail a couple years ago.

A 100 year old schooner out on the Pacific Ocean at full sail.

Same schooner with the sails down while anchored in a bay in the San Juan islands.

Me in my epic high hoodie (and many layers) sitting all the way at the bow of the boat, literally keeping watch during my rotation.
