Some of my best meals are when I have nothing in the house so I throw whatever there is in the crockpot. Simmering today: three huge pork chops smothered in a can of low sodium cream of mushroom soup, half a container of light sour cream, a little beef bone broth and diced onion. Smells amazing 😋
