Han et al. evaluated 105 patients with advanced EGFR-mutated NSCLC while treating them with TY-9591, a deuterated osimertinib derivative, in this dose-escalation and dose-expansion study. They found that TY-9591 reported favorable safety and substantial efficacy. Check it out: bit.ly/4dUc2p9
