Happens to me nonstop, I dispute every single one and always get the money back. It's their automatic sorters or whatever, if they squish a box(like ups loves to) it's YOUR problem 🙄
Besides that a lot of people are unaware that an 18x18x18" box actually measures like 18.5" on the outside.
