Now, SCOTUS is considering whether to block a lawsuit by the city and county of Boulder, Colorado against two oil giants for their years of deceiving the public.​ The Court has no business stopping Boulder’s case from proceeding before a jury can hear it.​

Today is the last day for @governor.ca.gov to sign AB 40, which would require environmental review for what would be the largest coal export site on the West Coast. The proposed Oakland coal terminal would be much larger – and pollute much more – than previously revealed to surrounding communities.
