the only real obstacle you have with chicken is without seasoning its disgustingly bland so just go crazy with spices and seasoning- and if you're dieting: seasoning is FREEEEE

oh for this its honestly stupidly easy 1) cube 2 chicken breasts, dump in bowl 2) in said bowl add: salt, pepper, dark chili powder, chili flakes, italian seasoning, mrs dash, garlic powder, squeeze of lemon 3) preheat oven to 380 F 4) roast for 30 mins done

so for this set: lightly salted, ground pepper, italian seasonings, garlic powder, mrs dash , splash of lemon and lightly added olive oil ( cuz that can get kinda calorie heavy if you're not careful)

roughly weighed and calculated - these dinners are approx 305 calories give or take. i often have them with 2 hard boiled eggs. On top of that I start the day with overnight oats roughly calculated to be at 440 calories this isn't all my food for the day but those are my 2 big ones.

so to keep to my dietary macros and caloric intake measured - I limit the amount of olive oil I use. But they're mostly seasoned with a mixture of pepper, Italian seasonings, garlic powder and some mrs dash, splash of lemon - then roasted for 25-35 mins

Broccoli is like 32 calories per cup ( roughly) so yeah definitely more in that bowl but they are low calories and great for weight loss. Also tasty when you season the crap out of it
