HELL YES EVEN MORE GOOD NEWS

Dwarf Frightress @dominaludorum.bsky.social · 7h

Someone you trust who is also skilled can be good at avoiding triggering the analysis mode of your brain. It takes time but was at one point genuinely healing for me until I lost it

It's about making sure you are safe enough around a person you can engage your 'low-brain' that aspect where you aren't hyperaware or analyzing everything. My 'high-brain' disassembles any other hypnosis triggers before they even happen, so they don't work otherwise.

Dwarf Frightress @dominaludorum.bsky.social · 7h

I struggled with it for a long, long time until I ultimately had to find a professional to do a session with me and even then it takes a few tries. The discovery I made in all that is that it's primarily about safety. If you are dealing with a lot, it becomes difficult to reach the trance state.

One of the characters had a crazy good roll that defied all odds. For a movement check. (For context, the swirly dice are 'explosive successes' which allows you to reroll again. It's the equivalent of rolling a 6, 7 times in a row.) (Add. context, getting a 4 success is considered 'hard')

First roll was rerolled and adjusted.

Second roll was an explosive success with strife (kept), Opportunity (discarded), Success (kept), Opportunity (discarded), explosive success with strife (kept), success with strife (discarded)

Third roll gave a explosive success with strife (kept) and a blank (discarded)

Fourth Roll was explosive success with strife (kept),

Fifth Roll was explosive success with strife (kept),

Sixth roll was explosive success with strife (kept),

Seventh Roll was explosive success with strife (kept),

Eighth roll was explosive success with strife (kept),

Ninth roll was success with strife (kept).

Total was 10 total success with 9 strife.

Big news for F-Zero GX (credit to bstest4he on twitter): we have found cheat codes to unlock everything in the game, including the elusive gold parts that were previously JP-arcade event locked! Though there are a couple of caveats.

The cheat codes, entered at Customize -> F-Zero Shop, all directions must be performed using the Dpad:

All AX Courses Unlocked: X Y < > Z Z > < Y X Z Z Y Y > > >
Dark Schneider Unlocked: Z Z Z X X X X Y Y < < > > > Y Y
All AX Machines Unlocked: X X < > Y Z Z Y < > X < > Z X > < Y Y

Gold Parts (must be performed with 4 controllers simultaneously):
Thunderstorm parts: X Z Y Z X Z Y X
El Dorado parts: X > X Z Y < < Z
Chrono Symphony parts: < > Z > < X > Z
Bahamut parts: Y Y Z > < Z X Y
Gladiator parts: > Z X < < > Z X

The gold machine parts, previously unavailable outside of participating in JP-exclusive AX events or by hacking

May poll winner: Charlotte Aulin! She's ready to explore the creature of chaos that is Dracula's castle. #castlevania

A drawing of Charlotte Aulin from Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. She's looking back at the viewer and posing while holding a tome on her left hand. She's standing on some impossible stairs, with more in the background, as well as paintings (the same ones that lead to painting worlds in the game she's from).

Dogs are afraid of and intimidated by taller people, usually Humans on average are getting taller Do you think if Humans had been taller in the past, we wouldn't have domesticated dogs? The worst timeline. A bunch of sad, dogless basketball players.

Thank you. I was wondering when I could celebrate Halloween. Would you believe I didn't see a single pumpkin get fucked last year? It was half-way through November when I realized the season had already passed. Thank you for your service.

Also, I took the gamble on it because one steam review said it was undisclosed AI and for the two hours I was looking at faces and fingers and backgrounds, but it seems like a false claim because I haven't seen anything that obviously strikes me as such.

Princess Maker 6 is really good but damn does the soundtrack really not come anywhere close to the PM2 soundtrack, especially the FM towns version. I am half tempted to see how moddable it is to replace the music with the PM2 OST.
