This week, Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) welcomed guests to the Scottish Parliament for a parliamentary reception. Hearing from a CHAS parent was one of the most powerful moments of the evening, as they shared their family's experience of palliative care.

As we begin to digest today’s announced #ProgrammeforGovernment, it is timely to restate our calls in three priority areas of our Manifesto. We will be taking the time to understand how these areas are being progressed by the Scottish Government and will feed back to our members and network soon.

Text: NEST is a suite of free materials to facilitate peer support for neurodivergent young people in mainstream secondary schools. NEST groups enable neurodivergent young people to spend time together, with a focus on building community and supporting them to develop their own identities. NEST groups also provide an opportunity for whole-school learning about neurodivergence and for students to be involved in decision making.
