Day 2 of Offkai I spent mostly traveling around San Jose. I got this amazing sparkling lemonade from Fox Tale and these treats from Milk Belly next door. Then we hung out outside Sakura Market and did some people watching.

Finished the night at the Rodent Cigarette meet up with @skyglubs.bsky.social and @yoshiomaneki.bsky.social. This place had the best vibes. Bunch of nerds smoking, playing Smash and doing karaoke. My people. I got a video of @nyabinya.bsky.social singing Rick Astley.

Day 1 was fun. Started late, but got to see a few panels and walk around. @nyabinya.bsky.social handed out nearly 160 goodie bags. Met up with a cool dude and had some awesome food at the Westin restaurant. Then saw Kson's panel and got free ice cream.

I always recommend Caveat as a hidden gem, but it's not overtly scary. Atmospheric, uncomfortable. Dialog written to be intentionally stilted and unnerving. Every moment feels like a pregnant pause. But it's a slow burn and the pace kills it for some. If that's your thing though, the pay off is 💯
