The Cahill Lab is THRILLED to celebrate the promotion of our PI, Dr. Michael Cahill, to Associate Professor with TENURE at UWMadison!👏🙌🎉 We couldn’t be more proud of Mike for this milestone & all he’s accomplished. We’re honored & privileged to work with + learn from such an amazing mentor! 1/🧵
Mike, a tall man with light skin and graying hair, is standing in a research lab holding up a navy blue T-shirt that reads “BOOM. TENURED.” He is smiling and giving a thumbs-up. Behind him, gold balloon letters spell out “CONGRATS,” and various lab supplies, papers, and equipment are visible on the countertops. A whiteboard with scientific diagrams is mounted on the wall in the background.UNIVERSITY of WISCONSIN-MADISON

#Introductions 👋Hello #Neuroskyence! The Cahill Lab at UW-Madison investigates the molecular & biochemical mechanisms, and genetic & environmental risk factors, that regulate synaptic plasticity & behavioral phenotypes in neuropsychiatric disorders—bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, MDD, ASD,+ 🧠🐭
