We know not everyone wants to be featured in someone else's Starter Pack, so we're making it easier to opt out. Just open the Starter Pack, tap the three-dot icon at the top of the page, and select "Opt out of Starter Pack."

Now you can opt out of having your posts shown to non-followers in the Discover feed. We know not everyone wants to go viral. Sometimes you're just posting for your followers. This is one of a few updates we're working on to give you more control over your experience and help you find your people.

As the group chat creator, you can manage the chat however you like. You're in control of the privacy options, and you decide who's in or out. You can also generate an invite link and share it anywhere — including in Bluesky posts, where it will get a nice embedded card.
