I have a copper one too. Had a Mirena for five years and it fucked with my libido so much. Same with oral contraceptives. I'm lucky that my periods are still not super heavy but trust me, I know I'm very lucky.

A joke about shorts like that making it harder to actually do most exercises (split squats, regular squats) would have landed better. The only women I see wearing shorts like he describes aren't the women that are working out with any seriousness. They're so uncomfortable.

It actually really pisses me off when Czechs act like they're superior to Poles, but anytime I visit Poland, I am impressed with the cleanliness, civility, food and restaurant quality, etc. Poland's far from perfect, but at least we don't shit where we eat.

It's really just a matter of experimentation. Every hair type is different. Mine is super fine and also wavy, so it needs a lot of moisture. It loves coconut but hates aloe vera. 😅

In the winter, I can sometimes get away with using the co-wash multiple days in a row, which is nice. It gently scrubs away oil without stripping my hair of moisture because it's just a cleansing conditioner.

I applaud your dedication. I'm also a thin hair girlie, and I gave up not washing everyday. I alternate between a sulfate-free shampoo and silicone-free conditioner one day, then the As I Am coconut co-wash the next day.

Luckily, there's a women's shelter that accepts donations of gently-used clothing. At least, by donating there, I'm helping vulnerable women and kids. A lot of their clients are Ukrainian refugees.
