I feel like I've hit a wall with my drawings again. I started taking commissions, and one of the things I realized is that I lack examples to build a good portfolio, even though I thought I drew a lot and drew all kinds of things.

This is awesome! I'm going to give it a try. Since it's a sketch, it'll help me loosen up my hand when drawing lines on my tablet without feeling the pressure to be perfect. #ArtistSupport #smallartist #challnegeOctober

Tony ✧ emergency comms (VGEN NEW) @annfoo.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

! EMERGENCY COMMISIONS OPEN ! I need help. I'll write more in the alt text. I'd be grateful for every repost, comment, and like so that as many people as possible can see it. #CommisionsOPEN #VGEN vgen.co/AnnfooArt

*At the beginning, I’d like to give some context for the whole situation. Below is the actual image alt text for people with visual impairments.

Hi, I’m Tony, I’m 28 years old, and I lost my job today. This is the second job I’ve lost this year. This is putting a lot of financial instability on both me and my partner, who I live with. I need $800 per month to be able to cover bills, rent, etc. until I can find another job. I’m begging for your support, because commissions are the only thing I can immediately turn to right now.

Even if you can’t afford a commission, please repost this and leave a comment so that more people can see it. It could genuinely save my life. I love you all, and thank you for every bit of help.

Alt Text:

The image is a screenshot from VGen belonging to the post’s creator (https://vgen.co/AnnfooArt), showing the prices for available commissions.

Chibi: 85 PLN (~$22)
Illustration: starting at 100 PLN (~$28)

Next to the price list is a green-and-orange character styled after Hollow Knight: Silksong, looking miserable, with a piece of paper stuck to their forehead that says “Fired from my job.”

I'm working on some “YCH” banners for Halloween—I'm excited because this is my first time doing a YCH. I'm also working on a couple of illustrations to promote my commissions and a discount for VGen. Does anyone like Halloween themes? #Artis #Comis #artismoots

This is my watercolor painting named the Lucky Cat. #cat #drawing #art #poledance #surrealart #clover

A delicate watercolor illustration of a cat-shaped glass vessel filled with a dreamlike underwater world. The pale cat rests peacefully with its eyes closed, surrounded by curling clouds and crescent-moon symbols. Inside its transparent body, green water holds floating clover-like plants, long stems, bubbles, several fish, and a tiny figure sitting in a small boat. A large orange-and-white koi curves along the bottom. Soft pastel greens, blues, and peach tones and fine outlines give the scene a calm, whimsical, dreamlike atmosphere.

As both a manga reader and an artist, there are panels that I see that make me feel a strong urge to draw. I love Gojo's laugh in this panel, so I made my own version of it. #Fan-art #JJK #Anime

Okay, I'm new to this, looking for a place to feel inspired and a little more free. A drawing I made. This is fan art based on a manga panel. I hope you like it! #mangapanel #fanart #artist #illutration
