I don't do dictation, but disabling predictive text worked for me - it also helps keep you from forgetting spelling - use it or lose it doesn't only apply to muscle.

A good step toward making Albertans feel part of the nation. Next, build one from Toronto to North Bay, or at least replace the GO (slow) train service to Barrie, as it is a main reason for 400 commuter traffic (plus the additional load on the 401, 427, 404, etc...) being heavy daily.
