Very loosely painted a misty seashore islands situation. Man, those new procreate brushes are so cool and I hate them, most of the time I had no idea what I was doing just bullshiting through.

At some point just the tallest tree was illuminated, it was such a breathtaking sight and for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to take a decent photo

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 25/10/2025

Yesterday I went for a walk and maaaaaan those colors? So much gold? The photos can't even capture it well. So many painting references I'm never gonna use ❤️

oh god, the #inktober is here again and I definitely can't finish it fully, but who am I if not a creator of too ambitious plans? at least I'm having fun tho!

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 04/10/2025

I've had a "normal" grip until I got ipad. The apple pencil is too big, round, and slippery to be comfortably held so I switched to the same grip you have. Since then I do it with all writing supplies.

Oils are actually all I've wished acrylics would be and at the same time they've introduced a new set of difficulties. I definitely enjoy the prolonged drying time tho.

Weeeeell. My first *ever* oils painting...? yayy? #oils #wip #landscape #urbanart

Your Hannibal is one of the best looking ones I've seen 😭

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 22/06/2025

The colors are so vibrant! What do you paint on? Is it wood or small canvases?

110

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 20/06/2025

Oh great, bcs of the little side boob, it was flagged as adult content 😅 didn't even notice it

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 20/06/2025

I found a book about gouache painting techniques from the 1990 in my local library. I'm really excited to try some of the tips✨

Oh yeah, i felt the same. After a few more attempts I put the watercolor away and probably won't touch it for a while

010

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 10/06/2025

thank you! ❤️ it's a nice reminder for myself i actually can paint

010

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 10/06/2025

The art feels like something half–forgotten, something I once knew but now can't remember. So hauntingly beautiful.

110

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 09/06/2025

I was wondering how am I gonna save this (still waiting for it to be added) but apparently I'm not the only one 😂📌

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 09/06/2025

Shadows so beautiful, you could cry.

000

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 09/06/2025

For the first time in a while, I've took a sketchbook with me on a walk. Didn't trust myself to be quick with paint. Was perhaps too heavy–handed with the black tho. Can I still call it #pleinair? #natureart #sketch

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 07/06/2025

Jesus. I was always so excited for him to post a progress photo, it didn't occur to me he was using ai all along. Now I guess I can sort of see it but damn. He was one of my fav landscape artists.

8zzaru @8zzaru.bsky.social · 30/04/2025

I think many people put mostly artists on these "AI users" lists just to annoy them
