felix is in his office cleaning his sword when annette appears in the doorway behind him. annette: "Felix!!! I have a surprise~" felix: "What's this...?" annette holding the plush and a small blue cape with the crest of fraldarius: "I saw him at the market and he reminded me SO much of you! Mercie even made him a Fraldarius cape!" felix receives the cat gingerly: "Oh... thanks Annette." she's thinking "they really do look alike..."

felix ties the cape around the neck of his new friend and pokes its cheek, discovering that it's soft and squishy! checking to make sure he's alone, he gives the cat a hug, only to hastily put it down again as the door creaks open. it's sylvain, who immediately notices the cat and picks it up: "Felix – Oh! Who's this now? Annette told me she was bringing a gift! I'm assuming it's you. Aren't you a cutie..." felix looks on with his arms crossed.

felix is at the armorer's stall looking at a blade. "This one looks good. It's a Zoltan original, no?" the armorer: "A wise choice, Your Grace. Oh – I have something else I think you'll appreciate – I've been saving it for you special... A dagger of the same make." felix, thinking of his cat: "... I'll take it." later felix is polishing his new blade while the cat sits next to him, now equipped with its new dagger. sylvain with his hands on his hips: "Wow, a blade too?" felix: "A true Fraldarius would never be caught unarmed." sylvain: "You'd better write Annette to tell her how much you love her gift, huh?" felix: "Hm... maybe..."
