A fakemon based on the headless horsemon. The mon is a jack-o-lantern with a dark spirit instead of fire and glowing yellow eyes. The shiny version has the pumpkin colored red and the spirit is bright green. Next to the full images of the mon is a male Cipher Peon suit with an orange cape and only one glove, with the fakemon instead of the head, and some of its spirit tendrils coming out of a few fingers of the glove and one of the sleeves. The text says "HALLOWRATH; The Controlling Pokemon. Grass/Ghost. Ability: Polterburn (Automatically burns any Pokemon holding an item). Gender Unknown.
