Here’s a #sneakpeak at my #SVSSSBigBang fic!

The two remained hanging partly upside-down as they inspected the naked infant wiggling uncoordinatedly on the floor beneath them, surrounded by dust and what looked like shattered glass.

“Is it an actual baby, or is this some trick by a monster husband knows of?”

Shen Qingqiu dazedly shook his head. “Something that sounds like a baby? Sure. But something that looks like a baby…nothing that this master is aware of.”

“So,” Luo Binghe hedged, “that’s a real baby then?”

Silence between them, until, “Oh my god, there is a baby under the bed!” Shen Qingqiu exclaimed as he wriggled his body all the way off the bed and crouched low. “Help me with this.”

Luo Binghe also slipped off the bed and placed his hands under the frame in order to effortlessly lift it up over their heads. The obstacle now out of the way, Shen Qingqiu reached for what looked like an actual human baby, scooping up the small body in an awkward cradle. The baby squirmed, whimpering still as it was lifted off the floor and into the Peak Lord’s arms.
