Phantom Ink was so fun! I was able to include 8 new players at game night! Phantom Ink is a fast, party game where teams use "invisible ink" clues to guess a secret word before their opponents. As we played more games, things got tricky with fewer clues. We had a blast! @allplay.bsky.social

Ohhh a new crowdfunding project!! Sleddy's Lost Tapes, a horror escape game just arrived. 🤩 It is a mix of using paper and electronic evidence and clues to solve the mystery. I am debating if I should try it solo or with the game group. What do you all think? 🤔

It has been a busy few weeks but I was able to play games! Small Islands is a quick tile‑laying strategy game where players build an archipelago and score by completing secret objectives on the islands they help create. Fast to play and lots of replayability. The new gamers really enjoyed it!

Shapely is a quick build‑and‑guess party game. Draw a Shape Card, build it in secret, then everyone uses Guessing Cards to match each creation to the prompt. Score points when: ☆ someone guesses your shape ☆ you guess theirs Party games aren’t usually my thing but this one was fun! 😊

World Order is a mid‑weight geopolitical strategy game where you play cards to influence regions and respond to global events. There is a learning curve but it is more accessible than Hegemony. The theme isn’t really my thing, I liked it. It had enough depth to keep me engaged. ☺️

Cassette Boy feels like classic Zelda with "reality‑bending". Rotate, reveal paths, and break puzzles by shifting your point of view. The dungeon puzzles don’t hit as hard as the optional ones, which are more interesting. Still fun!

Gatsby is a quick two‑player strategy game where you place tokens across three mini‑puzzles such as patterns, races, and track climbing, to collect character cards and "impress Gatsby". It was fine but not really enough for me. Needed more Gatsby. 😆 @pandasaurusgames.com

Zenith is a 2-player or 4-player team game. You win by uniting the planets and gaining control of the senate. You do this by gaining certain sets of influence tokens, via card play or other actions. I don't usually like team games, but it was quick and fun. It didn't overstay its welcome. 😁
