The helmets are mandatory outdoors. Even on public transport. The screens show cadets climbing ropes in the rain. Cadets playing football in armor. Cadets performing in the Academy Band beneath stadium lights, helmets on, faces visible through open faceplates and articulated chin guards.

The suit is matte black with segmented rescue-red protective plates and narrow safety-yellow trim at the collar and shoulders. It looks less like school clothing than equipment issued to emergency workers or urban rescue teams.
