Wrote all the UI code in one go (argh), so plug-in parameters can be edited and assigned to SID channels through the matrix section. Next to write a bunch more plug-ins for it. Source test song is by Metal.

Added 2 sidchip support, which means I can do a soft of 'software panning' effect on the channels. I'm still working on it which is why it's just oscillating back and forth for now. Apologies to Jeff whose song I'm using for testing. :)
