I wish I had good news to share about my mom. During this hospital stay we found that the cancer spread and chemo stopped being effective. She has decided to stop treatment and spend her last days at home with us. Sorry for doing this again but anything helps. RTs appreciated ko-fi.com/voidgio

Sincerely thank you all, I can't reply to all of y'all. I had time to come to terms throughout her stay back at home, I think I'm feeling more relief than anything. I want to keep the donation up for cremation and utilities while my job starts. Dad's taken a lot of days off too for mom, and to rest.

Mom's gone. I think she held out for today cause a lot of our family were gonna come over to have a big meal. She wasn't able to talk or be awake but she was more calm as we were all talking, until she passed quietly. Thank you all for your past support and future. My family has been very grateful

After all the hospice workers came by and walked us through the schedules and process I feel more at ease. As much at ease I can be anyways. I can take stuff slower and Mom's more calm, mostly sleeping. Her sisters and niece also offered to help around the clock too to divide care which was amazing.

She's home now with hospice. She's much more calm. Talking and eating a bit more. She told me to keep thanking you guys for her every chance she gets

Right now it looks like she'll be able to come home by Monday if everything with hospice gets sorted. We're going to be cleaning her room and rearranging furniture to get full accommodations. Thank you guys for the support, mom wanted to say thanks too. She was really adamant I pass it on haha

Right now we're hashing out hospice care but a few minutes ago her oncologist told her that we can set everything up until her condition improves and then she can revisit her decision for treatment later. We're gonna be cleaning the house and making space for everything in the next few days though
