This took it up to my credit limit of £14,000. I've just had a letter from Barclaycard saying that they're increasing my credit limit to £15,500. I didn't ask for it, and yes I can refuse the increase, but I can see why people can easily get into debt by spending money that they don't have.

I have a Barclaycard that I use to make purchases in order to get the security of a credit card. I pay it off in full each month. I recently put two holidays on it, as well as buying a new action camera and some minor car repairs. All of which I had money in savings to cover.

It's amazing what triggers some people. Earlier this week I looked at a driver for three seconds maximum and cycled on. He then followed me into a side road, drove straight at me, forcing me to take avoiding action and ride up onto the pavement, calling me a c*** at the same time.

This pothole was originally reported to Merton Council just over two weeks ago. It doesn't look like anything has been done. They are aware, so if a cyclist is killed after riding into it, they could be held liable.

I'd love to see what the car park charges are when it eventually leaves. I parked in a multi storey in Croydon but the barrier was up when I left so I didn't have to pay. Every now and then I'd put my ticket into the machine to see what the charges were. It got to over £500 before it stopped working

Just had a Police Officer call me about a driver that I reported last month. He might want to call round and take a face to face statement. They're not treating it as a motoring offence, but as a road rage offence.

I was hit by a car driver whilst I was riding my bike on CS7 100m from where this junction is. My incident was recorded as 'Slight' on Crash Map. I needed emergency life saving surgery. The stats are incorrect.

For only the second time I've reported a driver for a Public Order offence, as opposed to a driving offence. Aggressive middle aged driver with little man syndrome gets out of his car swears in front of children but backs off when he sees my helmet camera.

Does the NHS suffer a lot from patients not turning up to appointments? Over the past year or so, I've made a number of visits to the doctors, hospital and clinics. I used to get maybe one reminder, but now I get several by email, text and phone call.

The fine was £396 (£440 less 10% for pleading guilty), £650 costs (because they let it go to Court then pleaded guilty) and £158 victim surcharge. They didn't provide proof of income and I think the magistrates were a little p'd off with them.

They were fined over £1,200, including costs and victim surcharge, and given six points on their licence. They were very upset because they thought that if they pleaded guilty they wouldn't get any points on their licence 🤦

I went to Court today for a driver that I had reported for using a mobile phone whilst driving, they were composing an email. They pleaded guilty, so I wasn't called as a witness in the end. The clerk of the Court collected me from the witness room so that I could observe the sentencing.

If the driver was offered a Fixed Penalty Notice the punishment would be a £100 fine and three points on his driving licence, however, if the case went to Court the fine could be up to £500 and three points. Plus Court Costs, which can be up to £650 and a Victim Surcharge. youtu.be/3fuzM1kRHnk

but when they are carrying a very young child in their car who isn't wearing a seatbelt then I WILL report them. Although I heard nothing back from the Police after submitting my report, a Freedom of Information request showed that they intended to prosecute.

I have no hesitation in reporting mobile phone users or red light jumpers. If I see someone not wearing a seatbelt I won't report them for that, it's their choice and if they aren't worried about the injuries they might receive, then it's nothing to do with me,

I've just had a NIP email for a mobile phone user that I reported on Monday. Whilst very few reports go to Court, and it's a pain to attend if it does, I'm secretly hoping that it does end up there. When I caught them using their phone they told me to f*** off twice.
