Anyone complaining should care for their elderly themselves. Everyone suffers including the other patients. There is no level of staffing to stop someone yelling day and night. Staff being verbally abused or hit. If its ne please put me down. The abuse is letting someone rot in diapers.

This really sums up where we are at. Little or no evidence many things are effective. Hopfuly they don't do harm. I definitely think the placebo effect has some merritt particularly in sports. Perhaps it triggers something in the brain.

Nothing like trying to have a discussion with someone like this. They dismiss facts with more conspiracies. I usually end up saying thats odd all those people involved never leak information. Nothing worse than when a few of them get together to reinforce the conspiracies often making it bigger.

Canada has fewer and fewer people entering the workforce. Birthrates gave been declining for decades. The whole issue with boomers retiring and increased demand was well documented. Eventually this will reverse once my generation passes. Until then we need immigrants.

Hard to believe any legitimate physician would promote this. Antibiotics are already often misused. Antibiotic resistance rates will increase. Patients are going to take them for non bacterial infections. Some may become septic not getting the right treatment or dosage soon enough.

Can't speak for everyone but in my case this seems unlikely. My knee went from 0 to collapsing and agony overnight. High intensity for me is walking downhill. Loosing weight and strengthing help. Study had a very short timeline.

Trump didn't run on trashing Canada. He had a valid trade deal he negotiated. Polls show little support for his position towards Canada. Much of what he promised he has done the opposite. His great ability is conning people. This blaming everyone in the US will lead to them responding in kind.

It is supper complex and that's why it's bean issue for decades. The person suggesting otherwise is not a tech expert. You literally have hundreds of different clinics, specialties, hospitals with individual needs. Its way more complex than banks. My clinic is a disaster with Cerner.

Part of the problem is with physicians. They often give advice based on science but know little about their patient. You shouldn't eat that, get exercise, take this. Still waiting for both of mine to ask what I want. I want to enjoy life now not live until my brain is mush.

If you want an example Opthalmology is a shit show of incidental findings. One imaging test Optical Coherence Tomography OCT. Endless repeat OCT, visual fields and repeat doctor visits often for life. A large percentage of these are never going to require treatment. Many are complete garbage.
