"Why do many Americans pretend to be Canadian when travelling?" Could be that a small amount of Americans REALLY screw up the perception of the entire culture like a weird 'flex', but hey, I'm Canadian so what do I know? According to Reddit, they arrived like his on Sept 11th in Halifax, NS.

Yeah, it's a novella from me as an "image post" from Bluesky... but I needed to RANT after listening to a Democratic Strategist being interviewed discussing how only MODERATE Democrats have a chance of winning... it's something they need to consider... I'll post the ACTUAL post(s) below.

"One of the things that US politicians & their keepers may need to address is how the younger generations (& SOME of the older ones,) KNOW about the rest of the world from chatting online. They see how the world feels about America right now (not exactly "#1" any more at all,) & more importantly, what good governance can deliver in terms of what tax dollars CAN do for the public. Things like healthcare... They know that when they hear/read someone say things like, "The Canadian health care system KILLS MORE PEOPLE THEN IT HELPS!!!", it's nonsense & CDNs are generally healthier, have less infant mortality, & live longer. "Europoors are taxed to DEATH!!!", they know that the same "Europoors" are happier, healthier, & have the same rights & freedoms as they do... & both Canada & Europe have the occasional billionaire in their ranks... so that Euro/Canadian "communist/socialist" lie about not being able to achieved fiscal greatness seems a bit odd.They know that comments/statements like the ones quoted above are from uneducated/wilfully ignorant folks - or internet sock puppets - because they CHAT UP Canadians & Europeans frequently in real time.They don't buy that "private enterprise" cares about their wellbeing at all ahead of public services... so good luck convincing them that bunches of their money NEED to go to the Ellison's, Musk, & The Trumps along with sundry oil companies as they are "job creators"... they know what those jobs are WHEN they even happen... & funds are not needed for schools or hospitals. They KNOW what could be done by a government from what they see from Europeans & Canada... & that's why they are shifting left in the US... or possibly just indifferent to things & unlikely to be politically active even in terms of voting. You will not be able to convince them that unfettered/unregulated crony capitalism is "freedom" & "patriotism" & that will need to be addressed along with some other issues in the next VERY short term."

If you're Canadian, you likely understand this...

Two frame thing from Twitter. The top frame shows the image where a British spy in WWII Germany gave away his cover by holding up three fingers incorrectly (in Germany) to order three drinks. There is a quote from the original image - below - stating "on the 401 heading south" as the image and statement gave away the post is likely not from a Canadian or anywhere near legitimate, as it shows a moving van and U-Haul trailer, and on the back of the trailer, in what appears to be red spray paint, are the words, "Bye Canada! 4 more taxpayers Not funding your bad ideas!" The commenting text says, "Friends from Toronto sent me this. Apparently this was seen on the 401 heading south this past week." The 401 rather famously in much of Canada and all of Ontario is well known to be an East/West highway.

Just so we know the area Temu {Election of 2020 LOSER} Ceaușescu feels Canada should be "raking" up. There are roughly 880 wildfires burning in Canada total. 190 of those are in Ontario. If anyone thinks this is a "quick fix", feel free to "quick fix" climate change and we'll get right on it.

I'm certain that once the Strait of Hormuz is safe, and oil per barrel comes way down, gas providers will drop their prices accordingly, and not say, "Oh look! They're willing to pay THAT much!?! THINK OF THE PROFIT!!!!" while keeping prices close to the high they will reach, causing mass inflation.

It'll be the 2029 Repubs claiming Democrat spending is out of control, while the Trump family figure out how to hide their billions they snagged from the taxpayers.

My guess: Temu Ceaușescu is keeping all tariffs in place and adding the new 10% one, despite that 90%of the US pop. Has figured out they pay, not the countries that they're tagged to, so a new tax to add to inflation. He keeps them until losing the midterms (if he lets those happen,) and is forced to pay it back, but delays until he's out of office and a Democrat president has that tagged into the budget, so their budget gets screwed with extra "government spending" (cleaning up Trump's mess)... and right now, he spends like a drunken sailor on things like the bullish!t like $10bil for his private "peace board".
