Today feels like a day for Silly Chili(TM). It's like chili but with random meats and noodles. For today, I got some ground beef, some ground Italian sausage, chopped andoullie sausage, bacon, and potato gnocchi for noodles Chili is just meat stew with chili seasonings! Fight me!

No worries. And I know that you mentioned starting as a PNGtuber, but if you wanted a free 3D option, I can recommend Vroid. It's what I use, and I can answer questions. I even made a couple of prototype models for some Voretuber friends
