Looks like the DirecTV deal might not get done in time. I'd tell you what channel it will be on Spectrum, but it's all zipcode specific. Lastly: Things I learned - they've had the same music on the broadcast since 1996.
Spectrum (Charter) - the area's largest pay-TV programming distributor - has
struck a deal to carry Blue Note+ on either Channel 206, 267, 313, 351, 421, 544, 739
or 1421, depending on the customer's ZIP code. Fubo also is set to carry the
telecasts.

I love MLB post-season broadcasts.
A group of six male broadcasters in blue blazers and ties are seated behind a table, each wearing a headset and looking at equipment in a scene from the movie "The Naked Gun". They appear to be commentators or announcers. A large logo featuring a baseball and the letters "LA" is visible on the front of the table.

If you're a prospect binder carrying sort, this passage will make you pass out due to arousal.
The gap he was referring to was the 14-year stretch between that team and this one, a Springfield team seeking its second consecutive Texas League championship. This team features Rainiel Rodríguez, who slugged a preposterous .809 across 21 games in August as a 19-year-old catcher. He will be in serious consideration to be named the top prospect in all of baseball across industry publications this winter, and there will be no real way to argue. Jesús Báez, acquired at last year’s trade deadline for Ryan Helsley in a deal which the Mets privately crowed about, has mashed more than 40 homers in this minor league season, and there is a credible argument to be made that there’s incentive to have him join the big league team in Milwaukee next weekend.

Liam Doyle’s second half has put on display why he was the highest Cardinals draft pick in more than a generation. Tanner Franklin’s transition from college closer to high-octane starter has been largely bump free, as these things go. Yhoiker Fajardo, himself still a teenager, is providing every reason to be confident in the wisdom of trading away Willson Contreras, almost regardless of how Hunter Dobbins’ surgery rehab proceeds.

That’s without mentioning Jack Gurevitch’s 30 homers, or Won-Bin Cho perhaps playing himself onto the 40-man roster this winter, or Tai Peete, or Cade McGee, or Daniel Eagen, or Brandon Clarke, or Randel Clemente, or the graduated Jurrangelo Cijntje and Mason Molina and Sandro Santana. Or, or, or. Yes, what’s coming is real. No, they will not all pan out. Yes, the absolute shining future of the St. Louis Cardinals will be on the field in Springfield next week playing for a championship while the current big league bunch sputters to a finish in Pittsburgh and Milwaukee.

So, sure, the Double-A team is on the manager’s mind the same way it’s on everyone else’s. But when will then be now?

While not in the exhibit, an awesome piece of history was in town last week: the 100-year-old World Series ring given to Bill Sherdel for STL's first championship in 1926 vs. the Yankees. His grandson, John, brought it for HOF Weekend.
Bill Sherdel's grandson, John Sherdel, wore the left-handed pitcher's 1926 World Series ring during the induction ceremonies for the Cardinals Hall of Fame Class of 2026. John represented his grandfather, the winningest lefty in Cardinals history, who was inducted alongside Cardinals greats Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina. Derrick Goold, Post-Dispatch

There are many baseball items in the exhibit that are non-Cardinals related. But make no mistake, the club is a centerpeice.
An entire wall of the exhibit will mark the major-league championships won in St. Louis, from the 11 owned by the Cardinals to the three by the St. Louis Stars of the Negro Leagues and the two from the 1880s recognized by the American Association for the club that would later become the Cardinals.

The Cardinals loaned items such as the pitching rubber from Adam Wainwright and Yadier Molina setting the all-time starts by a battery.

There is a Cardinals cap from a World Series in the 1940s that was worn by manager Billy Southworth and later modified by his son so he could wear it as a pilot in World War II. He died in 1945 in a plane crash. Stan Musial’s coat and U.S. Navy ballcap are in the collection. And so is a lifetime pass presented to John Fry. He was a minor-leaguer in the Browns’ organization when he was injured during the war and could no longer play. He received a pass to attend any big-league game.

LRS: Yes he did.
Duncan Scott Sheik was born on Nov. 18, 1969, in Glen Ridge, N.J. By the time he was 6, he was learning piano from his grandmother, who had studied at Juilliard. After his parents divorced, his mother moved to Hilton Head Island, S.C., where Duncan got his first electric guitar and played in a band that performed Def Leppard and Van Halen covers.
