Another case of police abuse indirectly resulting in a 92 yr old man's death. Fired & barred from policing, they will spend not one day in jail for their abuse requiring his hospitalization where he contracted Covid.

FIRED? Just FIRED & barred from police service?! Screw the review board. The cops' abuse of this poor man led to his hospitalization and, ultimately, his death! In the facility and his private room. There was little chance of him contracting Covid. They belong in jail.

I'm with you, Kelly. Alex, i totally disagree with States permanently remove a felon's right to vote. In NM, most prisoners have the right to vote. Felons, however, are not allowed to register to vote again until their sentence has been served. They've paid their debt & they are entitled to vote.

There's always the firing squad. I am thankful I don't have to make these decisions. On the other hand, take Jeffrey Dahmer. It would have been a horrendous waste to keep him alive. Rather than spending those thousands and thousands of dollars on his r&b, actual prison reform would be better.

With a spermicide, maybe? Like I said, I have mixed feelings about capital punishment. Much of it has to do with basic incarceration & rehab/preparing for a better life. Spending unimaginable amounts of money for room & board and 24 hr security detail for one criminal for DECADES.

I think the first person we should impeach is Hegseth. His very existence in the Department of Defense is an eminent threat to each of us. Once he is successfully impeached & removed, the 2nd, 3rd & 4th impeachments should become increasingly less painful & more efficient.

Tennessee has had two failed executions this year. The death penalty should be abolished. Christa Pike wasn’t afraid to die. She was afraid they would screw it up and make her suffer. Which is exactly what happened. We shouldn’t allow the government to kill people.

Christa, no one should be subjected to such an atrocity. 73 years old & I still can't say whether I'm for or against capital punishment. I do know: 1. It's inhumane to lock someone up for 31 years waiting. 2. It is reprehensible to administer an ineffective lethal injection.
