Senator Jim McCune sponsored bills: Part one SB 5135 Wants schools to be able to establish their own curriculum independent of OSPI. It also wants to eliminate comprehensive sex ed. SB 5136 Wants schools to be able to out students who use names/pronouns different than on birth certificates.
