My main issue is storage. I usually work on my storage boxes first, but I don't know how large this army will grow

Today I played a couple boardgames! Wyrmspan is always a hit, and the dragon academy expansion reducing the amount of available coins makes it even tighter. 75 to 75 points, equal number of face up dragons, so it ended in a perfect draw. Innovation did not let us dawn on its first play either!

Have you ever gone a bit too far with your hobbies? I was checking my #Battletech models and, for a game that is played with 4 to 6 miniatures per player (anything beyond 10 might take a whole day of gaming) I happen to own... About 213 models My only complaint? Only 75 of them are painted yet

I got to play a game today! #Orloj the Prague Astronomical Clock is probably one of the most beautiful #boardgames in my collection, and while it may start a bit slow due to the way the action selection mechanic restricts you, once it picks up the pace and opens up it's a terrific experience

I don't care about the world cup, but I find Pedro Porro childishly funny. A straight translation from Spanish to English would be "Peter Joint", but that misses the alliteration. The localized equivalent would be "Johnny Joint" instead. It shows the difference between translation and localization!

I finally did it. I pushed through it and finished painting my #battletech Crab battlemech. That's two full lances painted in dazzle camouflage. I'm pretty much exhausted and looking forward to much simpler paint schemes in the future, once I'm psychologically ready to pick a brush up again xD

I'm honestly finding it hard to resist building a modular system of terrain for the StarCraft Miniatures Game based off SC1 Space Platforms tileset. It seems solo easy to do I have already sketched how it would work. That tileset is way more nostalgic for me than Lost Temple. I wish I had the time.

I'm so, so much into this now... I think Starcraft TMG is the first time I've been on ground zero of a miniature wargame. I guess having models like the Inmortal and Dragoon on this year's roadmap, plus flying units, what's what got me in. I really want to see where this goes

Cammo laid out on the upper legs of the mech too! Next will be the arms, then lower legs. I'm nearing the point of repeatedly asking myself why didn't I listen to reason and went with a standard ComStar plain white sheme on this Crab instead of throwing myself into dazzle hell again.

Ok, the preorders of the StarCraft miniatures game are available now. I have enough unpainted Battletech to last me a decade and about 1k pts of Necrons in the pipeline. That said, while I appreciate StarCraft, I was more of an AoE2 guy. Should I get the protoss starter or get my necrons to 2k?

I managed to get some hobbying done today! Applied a hefty coat of varnish to the carrying cases for my future necron army, and glued the foam tray pieces that will keep my two lances of #Battletech mercenaries secure in their plastic case!
