I’m so sorry you have to deal with this. It’s get exhausting having to fight for anything and everything that should be a given—like getting something you paid for to be what you paid for.

We are moving my daughter and asking for help due to Domestic Violence. I will be adding the rest of the funds myself to facilitate her move. Any amount and sharing will be appreciated. Thank you. gofund.me/6eba6ca16

It sucks. I know everyone is struggling. So it’s tough to ask for help. I’m thankful for everyone on here though.

Hadn’t found a place yet so am still in a hotel. Dont qualify for unemployment. Savings wiped out by the move. I know everyone is struggling but if you can share or donate that would be greatly appreciated. I also do online English and college counseling tutoring. DM me if interested.

Her mother was the one who created this. Apparently, she’s the religious nut. Major religious indoctrination and homeschooled by her. The brother said she was always closer to her mother. The father apparently was more normal or at least moving away from the fanaticism.

Lots of students passed through with the low skill levels of writing and reading. Used to tutor in the writing center at a community college in the late 90s/early 2000s and it was a real struggle for a lot of students.

And that grifter crying about it? Should not be listened to. At all.

I get it. But it’s also not new. The same thing was being said in the 2010s, 2000s and the 1990s. The parameters have changed but it’s been an ongoing fight for teachers. I was on panels in the 2000s working on the same issue w/college and HS teachers. We’ve been talking about it for decades.

I’ve been a teacher for over 20 years and I’m an English teacher. His intentions are not good and no true teacher who actually cared about students would ever get online and publicly blast students.

That table was the only thing that interested me. I don’t think I need a mega yacht to enjoy that though.

Right? When they are motivated, they can find out. They’ll respect those who respect them. Starting out like this, nothing he does will get them back. He’s cooked.

HS kids, especially seniors, are ruthless. He is not prepared.

I don’t like that. They don’t charge as quickly. It’s great if you have a long time to charge—like overnight or in the car—but it’s slow.

Do you mean for the phone? I already use one for my phone on my nightstand charger and used it for my car charger too when I had it. It works great.
