Meg is a Cornwall-based artist who creates stunning embossed metal artwork, paper collages, art prints, keepsake cards and decorations for collectors, galleries and independent shops ✨ I had the absolute joy of chatting to meg about such a range of topics including all things late diagnosis as a neurodivergent person, working as an artist and freelancer, the internet and sharing her work and her brilliant sense of humour that comes through so much in both her work and I think in these episodes too!

Claire is an active academic researcher holding honorary research associate positions at the both the University of Kent and Manchester Metropolitan University. Claire is the Founder and Leader of Supported Loving which she founded in 2017 (having joined Choice Support in 2002) as a response to her PhD exploring relationships for adults with learning disabilities.

I am neurodivergent and on…the struggle bus. The struggle bus is how I describe a lot of things when they are really affecting me. For example things like my mental health, autism and DPDR / Dissociation. The ‘struggle bus’ is just a weird concept made up by me but I think the idea and phrase came to me because I always feel so stuck when I’m overwhelmed - like I’m stuck on a bus that refuses to pull over at any stops.
