After a long break, I'm back! I've been feeling burnt out lately, so I've been prioritizing my mental health. I haven't really been taking many pictures, but know that the minidolls were still well loved! #HuaLian #minidoll

On the plate is a slice of apricot cheesecake and bibingka. In the teapot is green tea. LianLian stares longingly at the desserts 😔

7. I have a sweet tooth so this question is so hard for me to answer because I like a lot of desserts. I particularly I like sweets with lots of whipped cream!

HuaLian behind a cup of tiramisu. The tiramisu is mostly whipped cream and mascarpone with several ladyfingers dusted with cocoa powder.

A slice of lime cheesecake with whipped cream. Underneath the cheesecake is a drizzle of chocolate and caramel sauce. The drink on the side is an iced taro latte.

The best lemon tart I've had. It's so good I can barely describe it in words. The crust is buttery and baked to perfection. The lemon custard is so smooth and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The top was torched and then dusted with powdered sugar, giving it a creme brulee taste and texture. And the strawberry on top was perfectly ripe. Typing this makes me want to eat this tart again.

HuaLian behind a soft serve ice cream made with Hokkaido milk. LianLian is using a mini shovel to scoop the ice cream.
