The New York judge who presided over Trump’s hush money case sentenced him today to an “unconditional discharge,” meaning he is now a convicted felon in the eyes of New York state law but will face no further penalties.

"It's a bit crazy, just thinking that if the election result was different — none of this would happen? Does it mean we were doing things that we did not believe in? A judge found Rudy Giuliani in contempt of court for making further defamatory remarks about two workers he falsely claimed tampered with the 2020 presidential election. It’s the SECOND time this week he was held in contempt—the first time was by a different judge—for an issue related to the case.
