That is a Federal felony, 18 USC 241, the reason for my display name; it is a capital crime because they are kidnapping people. It is legally and morally justified for anyone to defend anyone against this behavior with any level of force. The GOP says "fuck the Constitution, we want civil war".

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

This right here is very clear: it is the position of the Republican party that ICE should be allowed to wear masks while kidnapping people.

Quoting NPR:

Here's a post by DHS months ago, with a screenshot taken just now showing that it's still up, promising to deport 100 million Americans. That is a bit more than the total non-white population of the US.
