You did the right thing by going directly to 1Password.com! That said, the phishing email you received and the billing-page error are separate issues. Do you see the same error in another browser? We’ve had a few reports that the billing page works there.

Hey Rob! We did run into an issue with the connection between 1Password for Safari and the desktop app, and we’ve released a fix in 1Password for Mac 8.12.33. Could you check that the 1Password desktop app is updated to the latest version, then completely quit and reopen both 1Password and Safari?
