“Who’s The Real Joker Now?” My love letter to Balatro. This piece took forever to finish since I‘d only work on it for 20 minutes before i end up playing a couple rounds instead.

I forgot my phone last week when I went to work. Reminders will ALWAYS be nice 😂

Mastodon has a great level of flexibility but I feel like it deals with the Linux issue. So many different instances with little differences here and there (e.g. character limit), where Bsky seems to be more like apple: Strong but basic, consistent with a wide fan base

How old am I? I’m “listened to music on Pandora radio using Macromedia Flash” old. Now where’s my ibuprofen? 👴

After talking with a coworker about the Steam Deck I’m still impressed with how well put-together the thing is. Like, holy cow, I can still do so much more with it than any other piece of hardware #SteamDeck #Valve

Now that my world’s not on fire, I’ve had time to emotionally mend myself, and socially recharge myself, I am once again ready to start doing art again. I have so much to catch up on, aaaaaaaa

I’m about one “screw it” event away from just reworking my life structure to make a little more space for streaming. Let me do what I love to do, life!! I’ll never force myself to do something I love (that’s just toxic), but I will make the necessary space for it!!

#StardewValley players - Does anyone have a mod recommendation for removing crows? They ruin my day and I hate using scarecrows. There used to be a "no crows" mod but it hasn't been maintained and doesn't work for the current version 😔

sounds ideal to me, ahaha

Man, today was MAXIMUM levels of jank, ahahaha. We got through it, though, so it'll be easier going forward

When I streamed last year, I had a tendency to play narrative-based games on Thursdays. I might need to do that again!

It looks like my Thursday - Saturday I’ll have some free time around 17:00 EST. Might end up streaming then. I’ve been eyeing Core Keeper for a while now 👀

Figuring out funny ways to integrate socials updates to Discord and oddly enough the easiest way so far is having each profile read as an RSS feed 🤪

Yeaaaaah, over the last few months I received *one* follower from an adjacent server. Definitely not the most-lucrative, ahaha

Now that things are slowly getting back to normal and the stress of being down *three workers* has been slightly resolved, I plan on streaming again for realsies. I refuse to let the dream die, even if they’re all low-effort, two-hour streams!

It helps every once in a while, but I always find it more of a “boost” and not a “source,” ya know?

I refuse to let negativity and apathy get to me. In a world full of apathy and hate I choose to have a heart!! 🤍

Ever have that nagging feeling like people are giving you the silent treatment? It’s definitely felt like it’s a struggle to bounce off people lately. Others must be struggling hardcore right now, which means I gotta be stronger than ever. BRING IT ON LIFE, GIVE ME EVERYTHING YOU GOT!!

Update: coworker got caught doing something that they weren’t supposed to, so more hours that needs to be filled opened up. These last couple months have been crazy, but hopefully sometime in May I’ll be able to stream again

Sorry about no stream / art this past week / this week. Work decided to fall sideways and now I have a bunch of work hours. May be a couple more weeks before I get back to normal. I’m honestly so drained and work’s hitting my emotional / physical battery hard

Man, I didn't realize how much of an emotional boost I get from streaming. My bot was broken this stream, but it registered my last-streamed date. 208 days ago, ahahaha. It's been way too long since I got into streaming, but as long as I keep things chill I totes can keep this up again!

I need to build a habit of reading every night so I can get full-on into the groove of reading. I want to experience the world of books so much more. I need to set a reminder to read at least a chapter a night for a month to solidify my habit

I think I’m finally starting to get this whole “reading” thing. Picked up my book for the first time in months and shook the rust off. It’s gotten to the point where what I’m reading plays out in my head like video game cutscenes even if it took a little this time to get there
