Anthony Bourdain’s TV series, No Reservations. Season 4, Episode 9: Laos. An incredibly underrated episode that really helps distinguish early Tony from peak Tony. The story-telling is not only artful, but important. He really makes you care about Laos—its people, its culture, its history.
