It's loose speculation stemming from a few things: -It is heavily implied that you break out the bounds of the game in WR ch5. -A song named Happy Town plays in WR ch5, which is a song title in the Undertale sound test, alongside Meat Factory, Trouble Dingle, and Gaster's Theme.

Entry number 17 was about the creation of dark fountains, and is quoted in the song they sung at church! The prophecy itself is said to have come from across time and space, the thing Gaster was shattered across.
