April 26, 2016: I don’t know which of these tweets is scarier tbh so I’ll just leave them both here 😬

Tweet from Dan Howell posted on 26 April 2016 that says “there’s two types of fan accounts on twitter”. Underneath are two screenshots of tweets to Dan. The first says “you’re such a beautiful and amazing person and i wanted to let you know that you are loved and appreciated by so many people” while the second one says “I am so thankful for your parents not using a condom”.

April 26, 2016: Ok but genuinely, more tour buses should have VHS players! Enough with the phones, let’s go back to 2002!! 📼🚌🍿

April 25, 2016: The FINAL (prerecorded) Internet Takeover airs on BBC Radio 1, complete with this iconic post from Radio 1’s Snapchat story! 🎧🥺😍

Selfie of Dan and Phil at their BBC Radio 1 Studio behind their microphones. Dan is smiling ironically at the camera while Phil is making an exaggerated sad face and holding up their whiteboard, where he’s written “GOODBYE (for now!)” with the O’s of “goodbye” drawn to look like eyes with tears falling from them.

Photo of Dan and Phil in their Radio 1 studio, staring at each other with a camera pointed at them. Phil’s face is lit up in a huge smile. Dan’s back is to the camera so we can’t see his expression. On top of the picture, Radio 1 has stuck a large heart eyes sticker, referencing the look on Phil’s face.

April 24, 2016: Isn’t it insane how we now know that they really did share that bed? And they’re not afraid to talk about that anymore because they finally accept themselves and their relationship? We’ve come SO far and it’s SO beautiful to see 🥹🛏️🥰

April 24, 2016: Cat posts some beautiful (and terrifying) photos of Dan and Phil with Snapchat filters! 👻🍓🫨

Photo of Dan Howell with the Snapchat strawberry filter. With this filter, the red part of the strawberry acts as eye shadow and the green part acts as under eye mascara. It also gives Dan bright red lipstick and an airbrushed look.

Photo of Phil Lester with the same Snapchat strawberry filter. Instead of smiling like Dan, he is staring into the camera with wide eyes.

Photo of Phil Lester with a Snapchat filter that makes his eyes big and his mouth super tiny. He is making a silly grimace face. Laid on top of him as a sticker is a distressed face emoji.

Admin here: just wanted to say I am SO SORRY for leaving this account in the dust for a month. Work has been crazy busy (I’m a children’s librarian and we’re getting ready for summer reading) and I haven’t had the energy for much else outside of that.

Instagram photo from Phil Lester, posted on 22 April 2016. The photo is a selfie of him and Dan in their TATINOF costumes, standing in front of the giant microwave set piece in purple/pink lighting.
