I have a lot of typos because I won't use auto correct, it was changing entire words and therefore text meaning, because of it's limited vocabulary. It made the changes as I hit send, so I had no way of seeing what I meant until it became print.

I use lemon juice and olive oil as the base for dressings with cooked garlic. If you have fresh tomatoes, you can blend these with a little salt, fresh basil, maybe some added light vinegar like rice wine vinegar. I might even cook this sauce, make it sweet and sour, let it rest, and cool.
