Man, in this "modern world" customer service is painfully, excruciatingly bad. I think we just let this creep in, but getting assistant or help for small issues has become a big inconvenience that sucks cycles and makes you yearn for how we used to do things

Finally gave up Twitter, although not entirely voluntarily. My account got taken over and it was impossible to recover (Twitter’s support is dreadful). I managed to take down my old account and I kind of feel freer and am glad my exit was forced.
